Sign of Thyme is a fusion of oriental sonorities with jazz, funk, rock and Spanish music. It is an attempt to represent the sound created by the intense diversity of influences floating in a certain place and time.

In the band's words: “As Jazz is the most progressive kind of music in the world, one which represents the youth of our society, Arabic music represents the soil from which the root of our progressive existence hoards its minerals”.

Following the success of its first album, Sign of Thyme come back today with a new program of original compositions and orchestrations, which features some great jazz standards and classical oriental tunes interpreted in a new, unique way.
