As suggested by its name, this compilation was recorded during the 2002 musical encounters organized by Shams, the association for young Lebanese performing arts. It gave rising young jazz fusion and oriental jazz musicians Fahed & Khaled, Fun Jan Shai and Shahadin Ya Baladna the chance to be released for the first time. Ob this CD can be found the only published recording of Shahadin Ya Baladna to date.
