Nadine Touma
Defining herself as ‘a woman with inflated dresses floating in cityscapes, weaving tales with words drawn on sand and blown in the wind and told as bedtime stories’, Nadine reinvents herself through colours, words, shapes, social activism, films, stories, and a passion for nature lulled by the love of life and writing. Her latest adventure has brought her to lands of books and publishing, where Dar Onboz, a new baby in a long matriarchal lineage was born. The award-winning (Bologna Children’s Book Fair) house specialises in children’s books, graphic novels and artists books, although it is also a home for producing films, animations, conducting workshops, designing and producing human rights campaigns and pedagogical packs.
