La Chambre is a side project launched in 2002 by Charbel Habr, singer and guitarist with the tumultuous Scrambled Eggs. Charbel’s La Chambre seeks to interact with the city around it; everyday sounds are captured in small clutches, processed and played back along dirty and filtered electric guitar loops, and deceptively simple electronic glitches. Each track seeks to tell a story through light melodic maneuvers, elastic percussion and slippery grooves.
